Circular 203-2009-TT-BTC - Guiding regime on management, use and calculation of depreciation of Fixed Assets. This Circular shall be of full force and effect as from 1 January 2010 and shall replace Decision 206-2003-QD-BTC of the Minister of Finance dated 12 December 2003 issuing regulations on the regime on management, use and calculation of depreciation of fixed assets
